Led by Dave Rydman, our work is backed by decades of hands-on building experience and a straightforward approach centered on planning, communication, quality workmanship, and respect for the people who trust us with their homes.
More Than Four Decades in the Building Industry
Dave Rydman has worked in the building industry since 1980. He began his career as a framing contractor, gaining hands-on experience in the structural work behind residential construction before moving into home building.
In 2000, Dave became the Marvin Windows representative for the state of Oregon, a role he held for 15 years. That experience gave him another perspective on residential construction, building products, windows, design decisions, and the relationships between homeowners, builders, architects, and the trades.
In 2015, Dave returned to contracting. Since then, Rydman Enterprises has focused primarily on residential remodeling and construction in Sandy, Boring, and the surrounding Mt. Hood communities.
That combination of field experience, home building, product knowledge, and decades spent around the construction industry shapes how Rydman approaches every project today.
