Dave has been in the building industry since 1980.  He started as a framing contractor, graduated to home builder and in 2000 became the Marvin Window Rep for the state of Oregon, which he did for 15 years.  In 2015 he returned to contracting and has been remodeling homes primarily in Sandy and Boring Oregon since then.

There are a number of skills required for this industry and it is our opinion that planning and communication are the key items that will keep projects moving smoothly.  Pride of workmanship is also very important and by using subcontractors that are highly skilled in their trade we are able to meet or exceed customers expectations on all of our projects.

Our goal is to make our clients comfortable with the process.  We all know how stressful renovations can be and we do all that we can to minimalize that stress and give our clients what they desire.
